Mole sliders, Smoked Pork Ribs, Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich, Homemade Chorizo & Potato Fried Tacos, and Roasted Tomatillo Corn Bisque are on the menu! I even took got a chance to check out Del Frisco's and see Chef Aaron prepare the mole for the event. He's been testing out the special menu items to make sure Monday will go off without a hitch!
