Starting August 1, United Polaris international business class passengers can enjoy chef-curated menus from some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs. The first round of dishes will be available through September 2026, with a new lineup from 11 world-renowned chefs launching in October and rotating seasonally through 2027.

I got a chance to chat up Nancy. It’s been a long time since I’ve last run into her. It was fascinating talking about plane food. It’s a topic I’m very passionate about since I travel so much. Food tastes different in the air and those are all factors you have to take into consideration when cooking.
