Ramen Burger is Now Making Ramen!
It was just a matter of time! Now that Keizo Shimamoto's Original Ramen Burger has got the whole Ramen Burger thing down, they've decided to add expand their repertoire to ramen! Beginning this Friday, April 17th, the Ramen Burger brick and mortar will be serving up some delicious late night ramen. From 10 pm until close, inside Lock & Key and through the window of Ramen Burger, there will be a very limited 20 bowls of ramen available.
Choice A: Tonkotsu-shio Ramen-Pork topped with sous-vide chashu, egg, kikurage (mushroom), sake-infused bamboo shoots, crunchy scallions, and nori.
Choice B: Torigara-shio Ramen-Chicken topped with sous-vide chashu, egg, bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, crunchy scallions, and nori.
